Spin-Fluctuation Mechanism of Superconductivity in Cuprates
Normal and superconducting state spectral properties of cuprates are theoretically described within the extended t-J model. The method is based on the equations of motion for projected fermionic operators and the mode-coupling approximation for the self-energy matrix. The dynamical spin susceptibility at various doping is considered as an input, extracted from experiments. The analysis shows th...
متن کاملSpin - fluctuation superconductivity in the Hubbard model
The theory of the superconductivity mediated by kinematic and exchange interactions in t?J and two-band Hubbard models in a paramagnetic state is formulated. The Dyson equations for the matrix Green functions in terms of the Hubbard operators are obtained in the non-crossing approximation. To calculate superconducting T c a numerical solution of self-consistent Eliashberg equations is proposed.
متن کاملSpin-fluctuation exchange study of superconductivity in two- and three-dimensional single-band Hubbard models
In order to identify the most favorable situation for superconductivity in the repulsive single-band Hubbard model, we have studied instabilities for d-wave pairing mediated by antiferromagnetic spin fluctuations and p-pairing mediated by ferromagnetic fluctuations with the fluctuation exchange approximation in both two dimensions and three dimensions. By systematically varying the band filling...
متن کاملSpin Dynamics in Cuprates and Its Relation to Superconductivity
The relevance of magnetism for the mechanism responsible for high-temperature superconductivity remains an open and still interesting issue. The observation by inelastic neutron scattering of strong antiferromagnetic dynamical correlations in superconducting cuprates is discussed in relation to the unusual physical properties of the cuprates as well as in relation to the superconducting pairing...
متن کاملCollective spin fluctuation mode and Raman scattering in superconducting cuprates
Although the low-frequency electronic Raman response in the superconducting state of the cuprates can be largely understood in terms of a d-wave energy gap, a long-standing problem has been an explanation for the spectra observed in the A1g polarization orientations. We present calculations which suggest that the peak position of the observed A1g spectra is due to a collective spin fluctuation ...
